ALLIVE Price (ALV)

We are pleased to announce that ALLIVE will be the project of our second token sale on OK Jumpstart, and will be launched on May 16, 2019 (CET, UTC+1). The first subscription session will open at 05:00 (CET, UTC+1), and the second session will open at 06:00 (CET, UTC+1). The rules are as follows:

1. Subscription Details

• Sale Price: 1ALV = $0.006
• Exchange Rate: to be confirmed by the OKB price on launch day
• Individual Minimum Subscription Amount = 100,000 ALV
• Individual Cap: 666,666 ALV
• First Subscription Session Supply: 150,000,000 ALV (over-subscription limit: 300,000,000 ALV)
• Second Subscription Session Supply: 150,000,000 ALV (over-subscription limit: N/A)

1. Points to Note

• Please login and prepare your OKB before the sale to secure your subscription.
• You are recommended to transfer your OKB to your OKEx Asset Account in advance for the subscription.
• The subscription is available on both OKEx.com and the OKEx Mobile App.
• Users with an allotment coefficient of 0 are not eligible for the subscription.
• To ensure the subscription process is fair and secure, verification code is not required for subscription.
