Refund Service for BTMX Token Holders:

Users with BTMX Position ≥ 10,000 (including pending unlock from private sale) for 20 consecutive days are eligible for the Refund Service at the price of 1,000 BTMX. Details are as follow:

1.     Within 24 hours after DEEP listing, users can click “Refund” button on the DEEP presale page to submit a refund application of the presale.

2.     At the time of refund application, users must maintain the balance of presale quota of DEEP in the user cash account. After the submission of refund application, DEEP tokens in the user account will be immediately locked up and automatically deducted. The initial payment of USDT will be refunded.

3.     In the case of insufficient DEEP balance, the user will not be able to proceed upon clicking “Refund” button.

4.     Upon the confirmation of purchase, the refund service will take effect immediately and cannot be altered or cancelled.

5. The BTMX used for the payment of refund service will be subject to permanent lock-up.
