- Asset: NEAR Tokens
- Registration Opens: August 4
- Sale Period Begins: August 12 at 2 PM UTC
- Option 1: $0.40 per token, 40-day holding period.
- Option 2: $0.34 per token, 40-day holding period. Tokens release linearly during the 12-month period starting when token transfers are enabled on the network.
- Option 3: $0.29 per token, 40-day holding period. Tokens release linearly during the 24-month period starting when token transfers are enabled on the network.
- If the 40-day holding period has not completed by the time when token transfers are enabled, for either options 2 or 3, it is treated as a cliff lockup until the 40 days from purchase are complete.
- Option 1: Supply capped at 25M NEAR Tokens
- Option 2: No Supply Cap

- Overall sale supply cannot exceed 100M tokens.

NEAR Protocol has successfully raised $350 million in its latest funding round, accelerating its mission to help billions of people learn and use blockchain and decentralized technologies.
Led by hedge fund Tiger Global, with participation from Republic Capital, FTX Ventures, Hashed, Dragonfly Capital, ParaFi Capital, Blockchange Ventures, and MetaWeb Ventures, this fundraise includes crypto-native funds as well as a notable move into crypto and the NEAR ecosystem from more traditional firms.
NEAR Protocol has successfully raised $150 million.
The round was led by Three-Arrows Capital with participation from several crypto-native funds including Mechanism Capital, Dragonfly Capital, a16z, Jump, Alameda, Zee Prime, Folius, Amber Group, 6th Man Ventures, Circle Ventures, and MetaWeb.vc — the NEAR ecosystem fund. The round also included several top angels including Alan Howard, Santiago Santos and Aave Founder Stani Kulechov.
