Tangible Preis (TNGBL)

Tangible is an NFT marketplace for real-world assets. Combining the best of defi with a bridge to physical asset classes, investors of any level can access tokenized watches, wine, gold and fractionalized real estate through the user-owned platform.

Tangible converts real-world assets like Fine Wines, Collectible Watches, Real Estate and even Gold Bars into tangible NFTs that can be bought, sold, traded, or even redeemed for the physical product at any time.

Tangible is the first protocol to allow fractionalization of real-world asset-backed NFTs, including Real Estate. This allows anyone in the world, with any ticket size, to become a buy-to-let landlord in 15 seconds.

The TNGBL token leverages the very latest developments in token design. Users lock their tokens and receive a multiplier based on their selected lock period. When users lock their tokens they receive an NFT that represents the locked tokens, which makes the position liquid. Holders of these locked NFTs receive the marketplace revenue, 33% of which is used to buy and burn, with the remaining 66% distributed in USDC to NFT holders.

Vesting details

Once the IDO is complete, each investor will receive a 3,3+ NFT, which contains the purchased amount of locked $TNGBL tokens. This 3,3+ NFT entitles the holder to their percentage share of marketplace fees, distributed weekly as $USDC.

The $TNGBL tokens are locked for 48 months inside the 3,3+ NFT, which makes the holder eligible to receive the highest possible $TNGBL multiplier (25x). As the lock period moves towards maturity, "free claimable" tokens will become available per block. These can be claimed without affecting the overall multiplier.

If needed, additional $TNGBL tokens can be withdrawn from the NFT, however this will result in a reduced multiplier. Further, the lower the percentage of total locked $TNGBL held, the smaller the percentage of $USDC revenue share the holder receives.

Instead of withdrawing the $TNGBL tokens from the NFT, the entire NFT will be immediately tradable P2P on the Tangible NFT marketplace. This let's users exit their financial position without unlocking tokens.

This tokenomics model rewards longterm investors. The longer they hold, the greater the multiplier and greater their $USDC rewards will be.
