How to receive verification code with Whatsapp?

WhatsApp is an internationally available freeware, cross-platform, centralized instant messaging (IM) and voice-over-IP (VoIP) service. It allows users to send text and voice messages, make voice and video calls.

In OKX, we also allow users that are not able to receive verification code using SMS, we do provide Whatsapp as alternative.

Install and start using Whatsapp

1. Search and install "Whatsapp Messagenger" on your mobile's application store.

2. Register an account using your phone number 


3. Successfully enter Whatsapp Messanger page

Request OKX verification code using Whatsapp

1.  Return to OKX SMS verification code page and click "I need help"

2.Select "Send me a code via Whatsapp"

3. Go to Whatsapp Messenger to receive the code sent from "Verify"


4. Enter the code and finish the verification process
