- Dynamic outbound fee multiplier fixed. Gasquotes should be much lower now. Right offthe bat, fees appear to be cheaper by a factorof 6.14x for BTC and 2x for ETH swaps now.
- Remaining BNB balances ejected. Ready forfinal stage of Ragnarok (shutting down chainclients)in next version.
- Remaining AVAX/BSC observationsprocessed successfully. Recent incidentmitigated, churn will proceed as normal.
