After the suspension of deposit and withdrawal services (6/21 11:00), please be aware that recovery will not be possible if you deposit MTL to the existing MTL(Ethereum network) deposit address.

We are resuming the deposit and withdrawal services for Metal(MTL) following the completion of the network transition to the Metal L2.

• Resumption Schedule : 2024-07-01 18:00 KST(expected)*In case of any changes in the resuming time, we will provide additional updates through this notice.

[Caution for Deposit and Withdrawal]

• Make sure to obtain a new deposit address for MTL before making any deposits.
• After 2024-05-17 18:00, deposits made to the existing MTL deposit address will not be reflected in your Upbit account and recovery will not be possible.
• Be cautious when depositing MTL to the existing MTL deposit address or to the new MTL deposit address (Metal L2 network) as recovery will not be possible.
• The minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as withdrawal fees, are as follows:
  • Minimum deposit amount: 0.05 MTL
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: 1.71 MTL
  • Withdrawal fee: 1.71 MTL
