Binance PayDay: Spend Crypto With Binance Pay & Earn Up to $360 in PEPE!

Binance is excited to introduce Binance PayDay, our first-ever global crypto shopping event! Eligible users can enjoy exclusive rewards from 2024-11-28 13:00 (UTC) to 2024-12-12 23:59 (UTC) when they make purchases using cryptocurrencies with selected merchants via Binance Pay. 

Promotion Period: 2024-11-28 13:00 (UTC) to 2024-12-12 23:59 (UTC)

Promotion A: Spend a Minimum of $20 to Enjoy $10 Back in PEPE

Shop a minimum of $20 equivalent in a single transaction using any cryptocurrency with selected Binance Pay merchants* during the Promotion Period to receive $10 back in PEPE. Rewards are limited to the first 19,480 eligible users on a first-come, first-served basis, limited to one redemption per user.

Promotion B: Be One of the Top 100 Spenders and Receive up to $350 in PEPE Rewards

The top 100 eligible users by total transaction volume with selected Binance Pay merchants at the end of the Promotion Period will also get rewards from a prize pool with $5,200 worth of PEPE, as per the below table. 

Note: Users must accumulate at least $200 in any cryptocurrency with our selected Binance Pay merchants* to be eligible to participate in this Promotion.

*IMPORTANT:Eligible merchant transactions will be indicated in the Binance Pay checkout page, with the notice “This merchant is participating in Binance Pay Day”.  Any spends at ineligible merchants will not qualify for rewards.

How to Participate:

1. Sign in to your Binance account. New users can register for a Binance account to get started.

2. Join the campaign by clicking on the [Join Now] button on the campaign page or on your Binance Pay checkout page.

3. Navigate to the Binance Pay section within the Binance app and select the cryptocurrency you would like to use to pay for your transaction to be eligible to participate in Promotion A and/or B.

4. Receive rewards in PEPE, which will be credited to your account within 30 days after the Promotion Period ends.

Terms & Conditions

• ‘Eligible Users’ shall be defined as verified users who have successfully registered for a Binance account and have joined on the campaign page or the Binance Pay checkout page during the Promotion Period (2024-11-28 13:00 UTC to 2024-12-12 23:59 UTC). Only Eligible Users who meet the above criteria will be able to participate in the Promotions.

• To access Binance Pay and the Checkout page indicating eligible merchants, download the latest Binance App, or upgrade your Binance App to iOS v2.88 or Android v2.91, or later.

• Promotion A:

  • Only Eligible Users who are using Binance Pay and reach the minimum spending requirement will qualify for rewards on a first-come, first-served basis. 

  • Any refund amounts will be taken into account when assessing the minimum spending requirements (e.g., Total Spending Amount = Transactions made during the Promotion Period - Refunds made on those transactions, including 30 days after the Promotion Period ends).

  • Binance will use the daily cryptocurrency to USD exchange rate at the time of purchase to check whether the user fulfills the minimum spending requirement during the Promotion Period. 

  • Each user will be eligible for one reward only in this Promotion. Rewards will be distributed to users’ Funding Accounts within 30 days after the Promotion Period ends. Users will not be able to participate in this activity once all rewards are distributed.

• Promotion B:

  • Only Eligible Users who reach a cumulative purchasing volume of at least $200, with any Binance Pay supported cryptocurrency at any selected Binance Pay merchants during the Promotion Period  will qualify for this Promotion. 

  • Any refund amounts will be taken into account when assessing the cumulative purchasing volume (e.g., Total Spending Amount = Transactions made during the Promotion Period - Refunds made on those transactions, including 30 days after Promotion Period ends).

  • Binance will use the daily cryptocurrency to USD exchange rate at the time of purchase to check whether the user fulfills the minimum spending requirement during the Promotion Period. 

  • Qualified users will receive rewards within 30 days in their Funding Accounts after the Promotion Period ends.

• Binance will use 0.0000190758 as the PEPE/USD exchange rate to facilitate the distribution of rewards. Please note that the actual value of rewards received is subject to change due to market fluctuation.

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify and prohibit further participation in this Promotion any participants:

  • who tamper with Binance program code, or interfere with the operation of Binance program code with other software;

  • engaged in conduct that is fraudulent (including, but not limited to, collusion fraud with other users and/or merchants), unlawful, misleading, deceptive or other improper misconduct generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion or Binance, in respect of, or in connection with entering and/or participating in the Promotion. Binance reserves the right to clawback all benefits accorded and the legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such a participant. 

• Currently, users residing in the following countries or regions will not be able to participate in the PayDay campaign: Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, British Indian Ocean Territory, Canada, Cuba, Cyprus, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Iran, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, North Korea, Philippines, Portugal, Russia, Saint Helena, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Syria, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Uzbekistan, Vietnam. This list is non-exhaustive and may be updated periodically to accommodate changes in legal, regulatory, or other factors. 

• Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine, amend and/or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending these promotions, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of users entitled to receive rewards, vouchers, and the timing of any act to be done, and all users shall be bound by these amendments and announcements by Binance.
