• Subscription Format: Subscription is limited on a first-come, first-served basis. Fixed duration of 7 days. 

• Fixed Rate: The fixed rate will remain the same through the entire Locked Simple Earn Term. For fixed rate, any available changes to the APR will only apply to your new, and not existing Locked Product subscriptions. 

• Reward Calculation Period: From 00:00 (UTC) on the day after you subscribe to Locked Products, until the end of the subscription period.

• Rewards Distribution: Distributed to Spot Wallet on a daily basis.

Terms & Conditions:

• Users must have completed account verification to successfully participate in the promotions. 

• Illegally bulk registered accounts or sub-accounts shall not be eligible to participate or receive any rewards.

• This promotion is only applicable to all users who have never subscribed to Simple Earn Locked Products before 2024-10-14 00:00 (UTC).

• Changes to the Simple Earn Rewards Rate will be published on the Platform from time to time. Please refer to Binance Simple Earn Terms & Conditions and Risk Warning for more information prior to using Simple Earn.

• Users may view their Locked Products subscriptions by going to Wallets > Earn > Simple Earn > Locked.

  • About early redemption for Simple Earn Locked Products: Users may redeem their assets in advance. After choosing early redemption, digital assets will be returned to their Spot Wallets, and users will not be entitled to any rewards (accrued or otherwise). Any distributed rewards will be deducted from the refunded principal. It will take no longer than 72 hours after the end of the Locked Simple Earn Term to receive the digital assets back into users’ Spot Wallets.

• Binance Simple Earn will redeem the digital assets/digital currencies locked in the Simple Earn Locked Products subscriptions to Simple Earn Flexible Products at the end of the agreed subscription period.

• The assets you deposit in Simple Earn may be loaned to other Binance users (e.g., Margin and Crypto Loan products).

• A large amount of redemption requests might delay redemption temporarily. Redemptions may resume upon return of liquidity. 

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants showing signs of fraudulent behavior immediately.

• Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these promotion terms without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending these promotions, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all users shall be bound by these amendments.
