Binance Will Support the BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2) Network Upgrade & Hard Fork

Fellow Binancians,

Binance will support the BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2) network upgrade and hard fork to ensure the best user experience.

• In preparation for the BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2) network upgrade and hard fork, Binance will perform wallet maintenance for BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2) at 2024-07-09 07:00 (UTC). To support the wallet maintenance, deposits and withdrawals on BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2) will be suspended starting from 2024-07-09 06:55 (UTC), and be resumed when the maintenance is complete. The maintenance will take about two hours.

• The BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2) network upgrade and hard fork will take place at 2024-07-14 06:00 (UTC). Binance will suspend the deposits and withdrawals of token(s) on the BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2) starting from approximately 2024-07-14 05:55 (UTC).

Please note:

• The trading of token(s) on the aforementioned network will not be impacted.

• Binance will handle all technical requirements involved for all users.

• Deposits and withdrawals for token(s) on the aforementioned network will be reopened once the upgraded network is deemed to be stable. No further announcement will be posted.
