Notice on Binance Account Service Upgrade (2024-09-25)

Fellow Binancians,

Binance will perform a scheduled upgrade of account services at 2024-09-25 06:30 (UTC) to improve the overall system performance and stability. The upgrade will take approximately 3 hours.

Impacted Services:

There may be intermittent interruptions to all Binance services during the upgrade, including account login, registration, trading (Spot, Margin, Futures, P2P, etc.), VIP account services, and other account related features. The interruptions may last a few minutes for each individual user, and users will be able to access Binance products again shortly after.

Please Note:

• Users’ data and assets will not be affected by the upgrade.

• Trading conducted through API will not be affected during the upgrade.

• During this period, users may temporarily be unable to log into their account and/or take any action on their positions/orders.

• To avoid potential risk and losses during the system upgrade (including but not limited to the risks of forced-liquidations and losses from market fluctuations), users should take necessary measures to evaluate and manage their account positions and orders before the scheduled upgrade (such as reducing leverage, adding margin and/or closing positions or orders as you may deem appropriate). Users are responsible for managing their trading positions and Binance is not liable for any related loss.

• The duration of the upgrade is based on our best estimation and may vary. The impacted functions will resume once the upgrade is complete. There will be no further announcement.
