Binance Will Add EigenLayer (EIGEN) on Earn, Buy Crypto, Convert, Margin & Futures

Fellow Binancians,

Binance is excited to announce that EigenLayer (EIGEN) will be added to Binance Simple Earn, "Buy Crypto", Binance Convert, Binance Margin and Binance Auto-Invest at the respective dates and timings listed below.

Earn

• EIGEN Simple Earn Flexible Products will be listed on Binance Simple Earn at 2024-10-01 05:00 (UTC) and will be available for subscription.

• From 2024-10-02 10:00 (UTC), users may purchase EIGEN using any of the payment options supported on Binance Auto-Invest.

Buy & Sell Crypto

Users can buy EIGEN with VISA, MasterCard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or buy and sell EIGEN with their wallet balances on the “Buy Crypto” page, available within one hour of EIGEN being listed on Binance Spot. 

Convert

Users will be able to start trading EIGEN against BTC, USDT, and any other tokens on Binance Convert at zero fees within one hour of EIGEN being listed on Binance Spot. 

Margin

Binance Margin will add EIGEN as a new borrowable asset on Cross and Isolated Margin, as well as the EIGEN/USDT and EIGEN/FDUSD pairs on Cross and Isolated Margin at 2024-10-01 07:00 (UTC).

Futures

Binance Futures will launch the USDⓈ-M EIGEN Perpetual Contract at 2024-10-01 06:00 (UTC),with up to 75x leverage.

Please Note: 

• The maximum funding rate of the EIGENUSDT Perpetual Contract at the time of launch is 2.00% / -2.00%.

• The funding fee settlement frequency is every four hours.

• Based on market risk conditions, Binance may adjust the specifications of the EIGENUSDT Perpetual Contract from time to time, which include the funding fee, tick size, maximum leverage, initial margin, and/or maintenance margin requirements.

• Multi-Assets Mode allows users to trade the EIGENUSDT Perpetual Contract across multiple margin assets, subject to the applicable haircuts. For example, when the Multi-Assets Mode is activated, users can use BTC as margin when trading the EIGENUSDT Perpetual Contract. 

• The EIGENUSDT Perpetual Contract is subject to the Binance Terms of Use and the Binance Futures Service Agreement.
