Bitfinex to Delist Two Perpetual Swaps

Bitfinex will delist the Bitcoin/EURt (tBTCF0/EUTF0) and the Ethereum/EURt (tETHF0/EUTF0ETH) perpetual swaps on Thursday, 18/07/2024, at 10:00 AM UTC.

The removal of these perpetuals follows our regular monitoring of market conditions to ensure the best trading experience for our customers.

From 10:00 AM UTC on Friday 12/07/2024, customers will only be able to reduce their open positions in tBTCF0/EUTF0 and tETHF0/EUTF0.

We would like to remind our customers to cancel any open orders on tBTCF0/EUTF0 and tETHF0/EUTF0ETH perpetuals before 10:00 AM UTC on 18/07/2024. Any open positions that are not closed by this deadline will be force-settled by the system. The mark price used to settle contracts will be the fair market value of the underlying spot market based on data from several leading exchanges.

The spot markets for BTC/EURt and ETH/EURt will remain available for trading on Bitfinex.
