Derivatives Terms of Service Updates

Bitfinex Derivatives* is today announcing updates to the Derivative Terms of Service. The updates include:

• Adding an arbitration provision which requires disputes to be arbitrated in the British Virgin Islands;
• Removing provisions dealing with Bitfinex Pulse;
• Clarifying and refining various other provisions in the Terms of Service.
