Terms of Service Updates

Bitfinex is today announcing updates to the Terms of Service. The updates include:

• Adding an arbitration provision which requires disputes to be arbitrated in the British Virgin Islands;
• Clarifying Bitfinex does not provide you with advice and the terms related to content on the Site;
• Clarifying and refining various other provisions in the Terms of Service.
