Terms and Conditions

1. Users' PnL will be calculated as the sum of total profits and losses from eligible contract types (Forex, Metals, Commodities, Oil, Indices, and USDT Perpetual) during the event, including only positions opened within the event period. PnL will consist of realized profits from closed positions and unrealized profits from positions open at the conclusion of the event.

2. Users must meet the minimum trading volume requirement to be eligible for rewards:

- Top 3 users must reach a minimum trading volume of 500 lots in eligible contracts to qualify for real gold rewards.

- Other users must reach a minimum trading volume of 100 lots in eligible contracts to qualify for USDT rewards.

- If a user does not meet the minimum trading volume requirement for their rank, they will receive the reward for the next lower ranking.

3. The 100-lot/500-lot minimum trading requirement applies to contracts excluding USDT Perpetual. 4. The top 3 users on the leaderboard will receive real gold rewards, and Bybit will contact the winners after event ends to confirm delivery details:

- The appearance of the gold rewards may vary slightly due to supplier differences. However, Bybit guarantees the value and quality. For example, if the 1st place winner receives 3 ounces of real gold and the XAUUSD closing price on Bybit MT5 is $3,000 on the last day, the winner will receive $9,000 worth of gold.

- If a winner cannot provide valid contact and delivery information within 30 days, they will forfeit the gold reward, which may be converted to an equivalent USDT amount in the user's account.

- If gold delivery is restricted due to legal, supply, or logistical reasons, Bybit will convert the reward to an equivalent USDT amount based on the XAUUSD closing price on the last day. Bybit may also provide an additional amount of USDT as compensation, at its discretion.

- Winners are required to announce their reward on social media and coordinate a commemorative photo with Bybit.

5. USDT rewards will be distributed within 14 working days, and real gold rewards within 30 working days after the event ends.

6. This event is not open to users from Spain, Brazil, New Zealand, the Netherlands, and Hong Kong.

7. Users must register for the event via the Register Now button to be eligible for rewards.

8. Only users who have completed Identity Verification Lv. 1 are eligible to take part in this event.

9. Please note that the leaderboard data is provided for reference only. Final rankings and distribution amounts will be verified and confirmed by the Risk Control and Data Team due to necessary technical and risk assessments.

10. Institutional users and Market Makers are not eligible for the event.

11. Subaccounts are not eligible to participate in the event.

12. All participating users must strictly adhere to our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.

13. We reserve the right to modify the terms of this event without notifying users in advance.
