5. Users whose accounts are under risk control review will not be able to receive rewards.

6. Rewards will be distributed to eligible users' Rewards Hub.

7. All rewards are limited and based on a first-come, first-served basis.

8. Each user can receive a maximum of 3 lucky draw entries.
