Eligibility:

• For PnL(%) Mastery:

a. Eligible participants must trade Derivatives and reach a total trading volume of at least $30,000 to qualify for rewards.

b. Participants will be ranked by their PnL(%). In case of tied PnL(%), rankings will be based on trading volume (higher volume ranks higher).

c. The total prize pool for PnL(%) Mastery will unlock based on the total number of Subaccounts participating.

• For VIP Grand Prix Series 5:

a. Eligible participants must trade Derivatives and reach a total trading volume of at least $10,000,000 to qualify for rewards.

b. Participants will be ranked by their PnL. If two (2) participants achieve the same PnL, their final ranking will be determined by the timing of when they reached their trading volumes.

c. PnL calculation: PnL = [Account Final Equity (including unrealized PnL and/or bonus) - Account Initial Equity (including unrealized PnL and/or bonus) + Withdrawal amount during the competition - Deposit amount during the competition].

Deposits include accumulated deposits (including transfers, awarded bonuses, commissions, and asset exchanges) during the competition period. Withdrawals include accumulated withdrawals (including any withdrawals and asset exchanges) during the competition period.

d. The total prize pool for the VIP Grand Prix Series 5 will unlock based on the total trading volume of all eligible participants.

Only PnL and PnL(%) accumulated after registering for the event will be considered eligible. These will be determined based on the PnL and PnL(%) generated during the event period.

1. Users must complete Identity Verification Lv.1 to participate in this event.

2. This event is exclusively open to Subaccounts, and Unified Trading Account (UTA) users can also participate. Participants may use up to four (4) Subaccounts each in this event.

3. Users must register for the event via the Register Now button on this page to be eligible for rewards.

4. Participants must maintain at least $100 in net equity per Subaccount or UTA to be eligible for PnL and/or PnL(%) calculation. Users using multiple Subaccounts must maintain at least $100 net equity in each Subaccount to qualify for registration.

5. PnL and PnL(%) calculations for this event include trading pairs from USDT Perpetual, Inverse Perpetual Contract, Inverse Futures, and USDC Perpetual Contract Derivatives. Spot Trading, Leveraged Tokens, and Trading Bots volumes are excluded.

6. Derivatives trading volumes will be calculated in USD using prevailing prices.

7. Participant's trading volume and rankings will be updated every 10 minutes on this page.

8. Market Makers and Pro users are not eligible for this event.

9. This event is not open to users from Spain, Brazil, Hong Kong, and the Netherlands.

10. Rewards will be distributed manually by Bybit within 10 days after the event ends.

11. Rankings are subject to change until they are finalized at the end of the event.

12. Claiming any bonus during the event period will affect PnL/PnL(%).

13. The final list of winners will undergo internal risk control review by Bybit. Users who do not meet the requirements will have their eligibility revoked, and their reward qualifications will be canceled.

14. If participants with identical trading strategies are detected by our risk detection engine, only the participant with the highest trading volume will be allowed to continue in the competition.

15. All participating users must strictly adhere to the Bybit Terms of Service. Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.

16. Bybit reserves the right to modify the terms of this event without notifying users in advance.
