Gate Charity’s "Gate to Island Hope" Initiative Brought Support to Binh Hung Island

On December 12–13, 2024, Gate Charity visited Binh Hung Primary & Secondary School on Binh Hung Island, Cam Ranh, Khanh Hoa Province. This initiative addressed the unique challenges faced by the school due to its remote island location, such as transportation difficulties, a shortage of teachers, and aging facilities often damaged by storms.

During the visit, Gate Charity provided essential school supplies, including books and pens, to support the students' education. Additionally, scholarships were awarded to children in need, helping them overcome financial obstacles and continue their studies with confidence.

The two-day program included interactions with the students, school staff, and community members to better understand their needs and foster a spirit of hope and solidarity.

Through this initiative, Gate Charity empowered the students and their families by alleviating some of the struggles they face daily. By supporting education and providing essential resources, Gate Charity reaffirmed its commitment to uplifting vulnerable communities and creating opportunities for a brighter future.

We sincerely thank all supporters and volunteers who contributed to this initiative. Together, we made a meaningful difference and inspired hope for the students of Binh Hung Island.
