Event 1: Score a Mystery Box Worth 6 USDT for Your First Referral

For first-time participants in our referral program, you’ll unlock a Mystery Box worth 6 USDT (containing 3 USDT in $HTX and a 3 USDT Futures Trial Bonus) when your first invitee successfully signs up and logs into the HTX App during the event period.

Event 2: Refer Friends Daily and Earn Up to $50 in $HTX

During the event period, you’ll be considered successfully checked in for the day if you refer a valid invitee who signs up on HTX and trades ≥200 USDT. You can win $50 in $HTX after 7 check-ins.

Event 3: Earn Up to $300 in $TRX for Reaching the Required Number of Valid Invitees

For inviters having successfully checked in for Event 2, they will receive up to 15% of their valid invitees' trading fees as an additional reward. The reward, distributed in $TRX, will be based on the total number of their valid invitees. Each inviter can earn up to $300 in $TRX.

A valid invitee is someone you invite to HTX who signs up and reaches a trading volume of ≥200 USDT during the event period.

Notes:

• Rewards for Event 1 will be distributed in the form of Mystery Boxes. Please claim your reward by navigating to Referral > My Referrals > Earning Details > Mystery Box.
• Rewards for Event 2 will be distributed in $HTX, while rewards for Event 3 will be given in $TRX. The $HTX and $TRX prices will be set according to the closing price on the final day of the event (September 8). Rewards will be distributed within 7 working days after the event ends. To be eligible for rewards, participants must complete level 3 KYC verification before the event concludes. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the rewards.
• Please note that if your invitee triggers the platform's risk management rules, both you and your invitee will not be able to receive any rewards.

Terms and Conditions:

• This event is only open to average users. Other users are not eligible to participate in the event.
• During the event, the check-in duration per day lasts from 16:00 (UTC) on the previous day to 15:59 (UTC) on the current day.
• Trading volume will be counted, excluding trades made using spot cashback vouchers and futures trial bonuses, as well as trades with zero or negative fees.
• Market makers are not eligible to participate in this event.
• Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this event. Trading volumes from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main accounts.
• The rewards will be credited to the winners' HTX accounts within 7 working days after the end of the event. If winners have not received their rewards after the specific period, please contact our 24/7 online Customer Support or email htxsupport@htx-inc.com for assistance.
• Participants who are found to be involved in any fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to money laundering, manipulation of multiple accounts, and self-trading, will be disqualified. HTX reserves the right to freeze the cheating accounts, confiscate any gains from the fraudulent behaviors, and impose other penalties as necessary.
