Event 1: Earn Up to 150 USDT by Reaching the Required Number of Valid Invitees

During the event period, if you successfully bring in a valid invitee who signs up on HTX and completes a trade of any amount, you'll be eligible for escalating rewards worth up to 150 USDT.

You will receive the corresponding reward if you achieve the required number of valid invitees. Additionally, any data generated during the event period will be factored into the calculation. See the table below for further details:

Event 2: Earn Up to 150 USDT When Your Invitees' Total Trading Volume Hits the Target

During the event period, if you successfully bring in a valid invitee who signs up on HTX and completes a trade of any amount, you'll be eligible for escalating rewards worth up to 150 USDT.

You will earn the corresponding reward if the total trading volume of all invitees referred via your referral link/code meets the required target. See the table below for further details:

Notes:

• The event will only count the number of valid invitees and their trading volumes recorded after January 1, 2024, at 00:00 (UTC 8).
• Invitees' trading volume will be counted, excluding trades made using cashback vouchers and futures trial bonuses, as well as trades with zero or negative fees.
• This event is not open to Market Makers. Trading volume from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main account.
• If an invitee triggers the platform's risk management policies, they will be deemed invalid, and their data will be excluded from the calculations.

Terms and Conditions:

• This event is only open to average users.
• Failure to complete level 3 KYC verification before the end of the event will result in forfeiture of rewards.
• The rewards will be credited to the winners' HTX accounts within 7 working days after the end of the event. If winners have not received their rewards after the specific period, please contact our 24/7 online Customer Support or email htxsupport@htx-inc.com for assistance.
• Participants who are found to be involved in any fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to money laundering, manipulation of multiple accounts, and self-trading, will be disqualified. HTX reserves the right to freeze the cheating accounts, confiscate any gains from the fraudulent behaviors, and impose other penalties as necessary.
