KuCoin Will Support the Token Migration of Morpheus Labs (MITX) to Morpheus Labs Infrastructure Node (MIND)

Dear KuCoin Users,

KuCoin will support the token migration of the MITX token to the MIND token. We will complete the MITX to the MIND token migration automatically for MITX holders on KuCoin.

The arrangements are as follows:

1. KuCoin will close the MITX deposits and withdrawals at 09:00:00 on November 10, 2023 (UTC).

2. KuCoin Trading Bot will automatically stop the running bots of MITX/USDT, MITX/BTC at 02:45:00 on November 13, 2023 (UTC), including Spot Grid, Infinity Grid, Martingale, DCA, and Smart Rebalance.

3.KuCoin will close the trading service for the MITX/USDT, MITX/BTC trading pair at 03:00:00 on November 13, 2023 (UTC). We recommend that you cancel your pending orders of MITX as soon as possible.

4.To complete the migration, KuCoin will take snapshots of users’ MITX assets at 16:00:00 on November 13, 2023 (UTC). After the snapshot, we will convert the MITX to the MIND at a ratio of 1:1.5 (1 MITX = 1.5 MIND).

Please note:

1. Minimum holding for eligibility: 200 MITX;

2. The snapshots will include MITX balances in Spot accounts (Main Account Trading Account).

3. MITX tokens that were in pending deposit or withdrawal at the time of the snapshots will not be counted towards your MITX balance.

4. After the migration is completed, the MITX token will no longer be supported on KuCoin.
