Important: Account Security for iOS Users

To improve your trading experience, we plan to upgrade the system from April 14 to April 15. During this period, Apple ID login, registration, and account linking servicesmay experience intermittent interruptionslasting around 2 hours. To ensure uninterrupted access to your account, we strongly recommend that you complete the following steps before April 13:

1. Verify and link a valid email address or mobile number to your account to avoid any impact.
（1) Web: Visit the Security Center at www.kucoin.com/account/security
change your email or link a mobile number, and follow the prompts.
（2) App: Log in and tap your profile icon in the top left corner➡️ Security Settings➡️ change your email or link a mobile number, and follow the prompts.

2. If you encounter issues logging in with Apple ID after the upgrade, please log in using your linked email address or mobile number.

3. How to check your private email linked to your Apple ID:  Go to Settings → Apple ID → Password & Security → Sign in with Apple → KuCoin to view the private email address linked to your account.(This path applies to iOS 18.4. The path may vary in other versions.)
