2. If login still fails: Contact our customer support team for assistance. We will help you modify your email and reset your account password. During this process, you will need to provide your Apple private relay email address to the support agent.

3. How Apple users can find their bound private relay email address:

   • Log in to the email account linked to your Apple ID.

   • Search for past emails from KuCoin (e.g. verification code emails). 

   • The "To" field in these emails will display your historical private relay email address.
