We will be holding a series of promotional referral events that offer awesome prizes and rewards to participants. We welcome all of our users and affiliates to participate.

Activity 1：Rewards for Affiliates:

Affiliates who invite new users to trade will receive a fixed reward for each new user they invite. Furthermore, for every new trader brought in by these new users, affiliates will continue to earn reward.

For example, if an affiliate successfully invites 10 new users to trade, and each of these new users invites 10 more new traders, they will be counted as your own invitees. The total invited affiliates will be calculated as: 10 10 * 10 = 110 .

If an affiliate reaches 500 referrals, both direct and extended, the affiliate will receive an additional reward of 500 USDT. If the total number of referred users reaches 1,000, they will receive an extra 1,000 USDT reward.

Activity 2：Rewards for Users:

Users who are invited by affiliates need to click the Join button to participate in the event. They can also refer other users and earn a reward of 5 USDT for each new trading user they invite themselves.

Terms and Conditions

1. Rewards will be distributed in the order in which they are won by participants. KuCoin Affiliates and users must log in to their KuCoin account and click the Register button to participate in this event.

2. New users invited by affiliates and users need to trade over 500 USDT in any currency during the event to qualify as valid participants.

3. Affiliates with more invitees will receive priority in receiving the rewards if the allocated rewards exceed 100,000 USDT.

4. Visit the Affiliate page on the app or website, then copy and paste your referral link to share it with others.

5. Once you register for this event, we will monitor your participation status as well as the amount and volume of trades you and the users your refer make on KuCoin. Rewards will be distributed to your KuCoin account within 15 business days after the event ends.

6. KuCoin reserves the right to disqualify users' reward eligibility if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegally bulk registered accounts, self-dealing, or market manipulation).

7. KuCoin reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these Activity Terms without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending this Activity, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all users shall be bound by these amendments.

8. In case of any discrepancy between the translated version and the English original version, the English version shall prevail.
