How do I enrol for OOB on the KuCoin App?

There is no need to enrol. Simply download the KuCoin App and you will be able to authorize your transactions with ease

What if I do not have the KuCoin App, are there any alternative authentication methods?

You will be able to receive an email OTP to authorize your transactions. Please ensure your email is updated if you are authenticating via email OTP

What is the benefit of OOB on my KuCoin App?

When you log in to your KuCoin App with the OOB capabilities, we will be able to recognize and authenticate you seamlessly. You will no longer be required to enter email OTP for your transactions unless we require additional verification.
