Terms and Conditions:

1. Reward Distribution: Rewards will be credited to eligible users within 30 working days after the promotion ends
2. To qualify for the promotion, users must register for the event.

3. Reversed transactions will be excluded from the qualifying spend calculation
4. Qualifying Spend: Includes only card spend transactions; withdrawals and ATM transactions are excluded
5. By participating in the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions
6. Event 2 only applies to users who do not hold an existing physical KuCard
7. KuCoin reserves the right to modify or cancel the event at any time without prior notice
8. KuCoin will not account for any failure of delay in posting of sales transactions which may result in any users being omitted from enjoying the benefits of this promotion
9. Any form of cheating or violation of the rules will result in immediate disqualification from the event
