To participate in this campaign, affiliates and invitees (existing and new) must accumulate a PUBLIC trading volume of at least $300 on KuCoin during the campaign period to be eligible for the prize pools.

Pool 1: Invite New Users to Trade PUBLIC & Share a 10,000 PUBLIC Prize Pool!

Existing KuCoin Affiliates share 10,000 PUBLIC for each qualified new user they invite who complete all tasks (first-come, first-served):

Task 1: Complete Registration.

Task 2: Complete KYC verification.

Newly invited users can earn 1 to 100 PUBLIC upon completing all tasks.

Pool 2: Invitees’ Trading Leaderboard, Share a 20,000 PUBLIC Prize Pool!

Invitees (existing and new) can share a 20,000 PUBLIC prize pool by completing:

Task: Accumulate a total trading volume of at least $10,000 across all tokens.

Pool 3: Affiliates’ Futures Trading Leaderboard, Share a 20,000 PUBLIC Prize Pool!

Affiliates who complete the following task during the campaign period will share a 20,000 prize pool based on their total Futures trading volume:

Task: Reach at least $1 Million in Futures trading volume from all your invited users (existing and new).

Notes for Activity 1:

1. New User Exclusive Pool rewards will be distributed in strict chronological order based on task completion time, with earlier completers receiving priority allocation.

2. For invitation bonuses in the Regular Prize Pool, a qualifying "new user" refers to one who registers a new KuCoin account during the event period and completes full KYC verification.

3. This activity is only valid for Spot Users with a VIP level no more than 4. Market maker accounts and Institutional accounts cannot participate in this activity.

4. Accounts associated with the same identity will be treated as a single participant. Sub-accounts are not eligible.

Notes for Activity 2:

1. In Pool 1, once the prize pool has been depleted, the activity will end. In Pool 2, invitees’ rewards are proportional to their trading volume during the campaign period, with a maximum reward of half of this prize pool. In Pool 3, Affiliate rewards are proportional to their Futures total trading volume during the campaign period.

2. In Pool 2, invitee rewards are based on their new token trading volume, with a maximum reward of 30% of the prize pool.

3.In Pool 3, affiliate rewards are proportional to their Futures trading volume, also with a maximum of 30% of the prize pool.

4. Once you join the event, we'll track your participation by tallying the trading volumes of both your existing referrals and new invitees on KuCoin. Rewards will be distributed to your KuCoin account within 30 business days after the event ends.

5. If there are other concurrent events of the same type, rewards will only be issued based on the affiliate's first-time registration and participation in the specific event.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Trading amount = buys sells.

2. Trading Volume = (buys sells) x price.

3. Net Deposit Amount = deposits - withdrawals.

4. The trading activity on the platform will undergo rigorous inspection during the activity. For any malicious acts conducted during the period, including malicious transaction manipulations, illegal bulk registration of accounts, self-dealing, etc., the platform will cancel the qualification of the participants. KuCoin reserves all rights to exercise at its sole discretion to define if the transaction behavior is counted as cheating behavior and determine whether to cancel the participation qualification of a user. The final decision made by KuCoin is a legal binding force on all participants who participated in the competition. Users hereby confirm that their registration and use of KuCoin are voluntary and are not forced, interfered with, or influenced by KuCoin in any way.

5. KuCoin reserves the right to disqualify users' reward eligibility if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegally bulk registered accounts, self-dealing, or market manipulation).

6. KuCoin reserves the final right to interpret these terms and conditions, including but not limited to the modification, change, or cancellation of the activity, without further notice.

7. If users have doubts about the result of the activities, please note the official appeal period for the result of activities is 2 months after the end of the campaign. We will not accept any kind of appeal after this period.

8. Where any discrepancy arises between the translated and original English versions, the English version shall prevail.
