System Upgrade Announcement - March 15, 2025

To enhance your experience and ensure a more stable service, KuCoin will be performing a system upgrade on March 15, 2025, from 06:30 to 07:30 (UTC). During this period, the following services may experience temporary disruptions:

Platform Core Functions:

• Registration, login, API key creation, and sub-account addition, deletion, or modification will be temporarily unavailable.

• KYC processes, including uploading verification documents and viewing uploaded files, will be temporarily unavailable.

• Contacting customer support via the Help Center, including uploading attachments (e.g., screenshots) or viewing uploaded attachments, will be temporarily unavailable.

• Modifying security settings, such as resetting passwords or forgotten phone numbers or email addresses, will be unavailable.

Futures Trading:

• Access to the futures trading page, fund transfers within futures accounts, and futures trading information queries will be temporarily unavailable.

• The function to open a futures account will be temporarily unavailable.

Wealth Management Services:

• Access to wealth management product pages (including KuCoin Earn, limited-time activities, Staking, and structured financial products) will be temporarily unavailable. Product subscriptions, redemptions, and viewing financial account holdings will also be temporarily unavailable.

• Large idle asset interest-earning subscriptions and redemptions will be temporarily unavailable.

Trading Bots:

• Creation and termination of bots, as well as functions such as adding or reducing margin, setting take-profit/stop-loss, and adjusting strategy parameters, will be temporarily unavailable. During the upgrade, running grid bots may experience failed order placements.

Copy Trading:

• Copy trading functions will be temporarily unavailable during the database upgrade, potentially leading to failures in creating or terminating copy trades, failed lead trades, failed follow trades, and adjustments to margin or investment amounts.

Deposits and Withdrawals:

• Cryptocurrency withdrawals, asset queries, and other related functions will be temporarily unavailable. Deposits may experience delays in processing.

API:

• Establishing WebSocket connections may experience delays, and public/private token interface requests may be temporarily unavailable.

Other Services:

• KuCoin announcements will be temporarily unavailable.

• Promotional banners on the left side of the KuCoin homepage will not be visible.

• The X-KUCOIN mini-program will be temporarily unavailable for registration and login.

• Partner profile pictures cannot be modified.Partners will be unable to generate new invitation links during the upgrade period.

• ND broker account types cannot be modified.

• Exporting bills and viewing transaction records in the Download Center will be temporarily unavailable.

• Creating SEO content and new short links will be temporarily unavailable.

Please rest assured that this upgrade will not affect the security of your account assets. If you hold positions before or during the upgrade, please assess and manage risks accordingly. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that our team is working diligently to complete the upgrade and restore normal services as quickly as possible.
