Campaign rules

• Complete all 3 required tasks within the campaign period to be eligible

• Rewards are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis

Campaign tasks

• Learn about EigenLayer: Read 5 short introductions about EigenLayer. You can revisit the learning materials during the campaign period.

• Take a quiz: Answer 5 questions to test your EigenLayer knowledge based on the introductions.

• Stake on EigenLayer: Make a minimum subscription of 0.01 ETH on EigenLayer On-chain Earn since the launch of the product.

Participation rules

• The campaign is only open to users who've completed identity verification.

• Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate in the campaign.

• The campaign is only available on the OKX app.

Campaign details

Rewards distribution

• Rewards are limited and are based on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Rewards are only allocated to the first 7,125 eligible users, which will be distributed after the campaign ends.

• If you’re one of the first 7,125 eligible users, your reward of 2 EIGEN will be distributed to your funding account 30 days after the campaign ends.

About EigenLayer Airdrop

Campaign rules

• During the campaign,you only need to purchase an additional 0.01 ETH or more EigenLayer On-chain Earn product. The newly added amount will qualify for the corresponding APR incentives, enabling you to enjoy extra rewards.

• The ETH staked (0.01 or more) between the launch of EigenLayer On-chain Earn product and the start of the APR airdrop campaign will be retroactively calculated and rewarded proportionally.

• The campaign is only open to users who've completed identity verification.

• Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate in the campaign.

• Users can participate through the OKX app and website.

Terms & Conditions

1. The "EigenLayer Learn & Earn Campaign" campaign starts on March 6, 2025, 8:00 am UTC and ends on April 6, 2025, 8:00 am UTC (the "Learn & Earn Campaign Period").

2. The "EigenLayer Airdrop" campaign starts on March 6, 2025, 8:00 am UTC,and ends on May 6, 2025, 8:00 am UTC (the "Airdrop Campaign Period").

3. By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the Terms & Conditions of this campaign.

4. Participation in this campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.

5. "EigenLayer Learn & Earn Campaign" is only available on the OKX app.

6. According to local laws and regulations, users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Use.

7. For "EigenLayer Learn & Earn Campaign" - only users that have completed all of the following are eligible for the rewards: (1) Click on the join now button; (2) Read 5 short introductions about EigenLayer. You can revisit the learning materials during the Learn & Earn Campaign Period. (3) Take the quiz within the Learn & Earn Campaign Period; (4) Stake at least 0.01 ETH on On-chain Earn; and (5) Complete identity verification. The EigenLayer Learn and Earn campaign rewards shall be limited to the first 7,125 qualified participating users.

8. For "EigenLayer Learn & Earn Campaign", distribution will take place 30 days after the end of the campaign. For "EigenLayer Airdrop", your rewards will be distributed daily in the form of Eigen to your funding account.The platform has the right to postpone the issuance of rewards for any reason it deems necessary at its discretion, such as large-scale risk control checks and other issues.

9. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain campaign rewards, where OKX is unable to procure the prizes for the participants, or in any case that OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted. The reward will be converted to an equivalent value for distribution.
