OKX to support DORA token migration

According to the official plan of Dora Factory, OKX will support DORA token migration. Please take note of the following schedule:

1. DORA deposits and withdrawals have been closed.

2. DORA trading will not be affected.

DORA deposits and withdrawals will be open after token migration. Please note that OKX will no longer support old DORA deposits.
