OKX Wallet to Support EIP-7702 at the Earliest Opportunity

Dear OKX Users,

To further support the Ethereum ecosystem, the OKX Web3 Wallet will adopt the EIP-7702 upgrade as soon as possible, with the upgrade expected to be completed in April 2025.

What is EIP-7702?

EIP-7702 is an Ethereum Improvement Proposal that enables account abstraction by allowing EOA (Externally Owned Accounts) to execute smart contract code.

It introduces more flexible transaction methods, such as batch transactions and gas fee delegation, enhancing the user experience.
EIP-7702 blurs the boundaries between EOAs and smart contract accounts, offering greater flexibility to the Ethereum ecosystem.
