This competition is open to all users who trade on Binance Spot products and achieve an ROI of at least 1% during the activity period. How to Join:

1. Opt-in by clicking the [register now]button on the landing page.

2. Your Binance Spot Trading ROI will be calculated starting from the day of opt-in at 00:00 (UTC 0) during the Activity Period.

3. Accumulate at least $1,000 equivalent in trading volume on Binance Spot, with a positive ROI of at least 1% in your Binance Spot Trading performance, and be ranked based on the ROI during the activity period.

4. Rankings can be checked through the leaderboard on this landing page, with data updated on a 24 hours basis.

How to Win:

Rewards will be distributed based on the ROI leaderboard ranking finalized by the end of activity period, with the rewards structure as follow: 

• 1st place: $1,280 in BNB token voucher

• 2nd place: $880 in BNB token voucher

• 3rd place: $580 in BNB token voucher

• 4th-10th place: $380 in BNB token voucher each

• 11th-50th place: $180 in BNB token voucher each

• All other qualified participants with a positive ROI of at least 5% will receive an equal share of a consolation prize pool worth $87,400 in BNB rebate voucher.

ROI Calculation:

Spot ROI calculation = Return / Investment = (Final spot wallet balance - Initial spot wallet balance - Net deposit) / (Initial spot wallet balance total deposit)

Example: User A has an initial spot wallet balance of 1000 USDC on the day of campaign opt in at 00:00 (UTC 0), which consists of 1000 USDC and 0 BNB. After opting in to the promotion, he deposited 1 BNB (when BNB was at 500 USDC) and bought 2 BNB at 500 USDC each. He then sold his 2 BNB for 600 USDC each before the campaign ended. Using the above ROI calculation and assuming BNB is at 600 USDC at the time of calculation.  User A’s ROI will be as such: 

Spot ROI calculation: (1800 USDC (from holding 1 BNB at 600 USDC and 1200 USDC from sale of 2 BNB) - 1000 USDC (Initial spot wallet balance) - 500 USDC (Net deposit of 1 BNB deposited at 500 USDC)) / ((1000 USDC (Initial spot wallet balance) 500 USDC (1 BNB deposited at the price of 500 USDC)) = 20%

VIP 0-3 Users Exclusive Bonus:

The top 10 eligible VIP 0-3 users with the highest ROI and who have recorded more than $1M equivalent in trading volume on Binance Spot during the activity period, will each receive a Binance VIP Merchandise Gift Pack* - which includes a pair of Open Run Pro Headphones, a duffle bag, a blanket, a cap and a pair of socks.

Terms & Conditions:

• These terms and conditions (“Activity Terms”) govern users’ participation in this trading competition (“Activity”). By participating in this Activity, users agree to these Activity Terms, and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice; all of which are incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions. 

• In the case of any inconsistency or conflict between these Activity Terms, and any other incorporated terms, the provisions of these Activity Terms shall prevail, followed by the  following in this order of precedence, and to the extent of such conflict: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice.

• Only users from qualified regions who complete KYC by the end of the Activity Period shall be eligible for any rewards.

• Trading volumes on all FDUSD, TUSD, and USDT trading pairs will not count toward the trading volume requirement for EEA users in this promotion.

• If there are more than one users sharing the same ranking, he or she will need to equally share the respective prize pool of that ranking.

• Rewards Distribution: 

  • Rewards will be distributed in the form of token vouchers and rebate vouchers within 3 weeks after campaign conclusion. Winners will be able to log in and redeem their token voucher rewards via Profile > Rewards Hub. 

  • All token voucher rewards will expire within two weeks after distribution. Eligible users should claim their vouchers before the expiration date. Learn how to redeem a voucher.

• VIP 0-3 Users Exclusive Bonus:

  • Binance VIP team will contact winners via the email address linked to their Binance accounts within 30 working days after the promotion ends. 

  • If the winner fails to reply within five days of receiving the email, the reward will be forfeited. Winners should provide a valid shipping address, and will be responsible for any taxes, if applicable. 

  • If for any reason we are unable to deliver the Binance VIP Merchandise Gift Pack to you, we may at our sole discretion, provide you with $200 worth of BNB token vouchers within 30 working days after the promotion ends. 

• The consolation prize is capped at $10 in BNB rebate voucher per winner.

• Non-Binance users may click here to register for a Binance account and get a 10% spot trading fee discount. The 10% spot trading fee discount will remain valid as long as the Binance referral program is in place.  

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants who tamper with Binance program code, or interfere with the operation of Binance program code with other software.

• Sub-account’s trading volume will not be combined with the master account’s standard trading volume in the final calculation. Each sub-account will not be viewed as an independent account when participating in this Activity.

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify a user’s reward eligibility if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegally bulk account registrations, risk accounts, self dealing, or market manipulation).

• Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these Activity Terms without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this Activity, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all users shall be bound by these amendments.
