About BlonkFi - Pre-Seed
BlonkFi announced the successful completion of pre-Seed financing led by UOB Venture Management and Signum Capital. Investors in this round include Manifold Trading, Kyros Ventures, Hypotenuse Labs and other strategic partners. BlonkFi is a core liquidity infrastructure protocol aiming to address the pressing issue of illiquidity for volatile long-tail mid-market capitalization assets such as memecoins, by enabling such assets to be collaterised for liquidity.

Company Profile / Project Introduction
BlonkFi is a money market protocol on the Solana blockchain that allows anyone to collateralize volatile mid market capitalizations such as memecoins to borrow stablecoins. The goal is to build a money-making economy around memecoins, a new and untapped $46B+ market category, in a manner that fundamentally solves the pain points outlined above. By allowing users to safely utilize volatile assets as collateral, BlonkFi serves as a Core Liquidity Infrastructure Layer that unlocks additional composability for high-attention, high-volatility assets.
