About Eyeball Games - Pre-Seed
Eyeball Games is proud to announce it has closed a US $1.5 million pre-seed funding round from a collection of world-class VCs from the gaming and Web3 space.
The round is led by White Star Capital, a prolific gaming investor which raised its newest $120 million fund earlier this year from investors that include gaming giant Ubisoft. Other participants include Polygon Ventures, the investor arm of the popular layer-2 blockchain company Polygon, Immutable, the gaming-focused layer-2 blockchain company, and Singapore-based venture capital funds Ocular and Great South Gate Ventures.

Eyeball Games is a Singapore-based game studio founded in 2022 by the creators of 8 Ball Pool and backed by prominent investors. Its first title is Eyeball Pool, a web3 enabled mobile game that takes a new blockchain twist on the classic game of pool. Eyeball Pool is available in closed beta with a full release scheduled for early-2024 on Immutable zKEVM (powered by Polygon).
