About Marketnode - Series A
HSBC has led a Series A investment in MarketNode, a Singapore-based digital market infrastructure operator founded by SGX and Temasek. The investment, which also included contributions from existing shareholder Temasek, will be used to scale Marketnode's platforms across key asset classes such as digital fixed income and structured products, participating in the upcoming launch of Fundnode, and rolling out other tokenised asset offerings.

Gateway is a one-stop, end-to-end platform enabling market participants to accelerate workflows, lower time to market, and capitalise on the transformative potential of tokenisation. Fundnode is Singapore's investments fund infrastructure on blockchain, providing the funds ecosystem with a single platform for transaction management, funds processing, and record-keeping.
