About Regolith Labs - Seed
Regolith Labs raised $3m to accelerate the development of the ORE ecosystem. This round was lead by Foundation Capital, with participation from Colosseum, Solana Ventures, B+J Studios, Dead King Society, 3Kvc and angel investments by Santiago R Santos, Simkin Stepan, Ashley Jordan, 0xMert_，R89Capital and others.
There were no ORE tokens sold as part of this fundraising agreement. ORE was conceived of and shall remain a fair-launch token with no pre-mine or insider allocation. Investors purchased equity rights in Regolith Labs and allocation rights to potential future token launches by the company.

Company Profile / Project Introduction
Regolith Labs is a developer studio building proof-of-work primitives and liquidity networks on Solana.
ORE launched in April 2024 as an experimental hackathon project to reimagine proof-of-work mining for a new generation of crypto users. Within days, the demand for ORE had overwhelmed Solana and become one of the fastest growing token launches in crypto history. The goal now in starting Regolith Labs is to continue pushing the boundaries of what proof-of-work mining can do.
