3. Exchange ratio: To be confirmed by the OKB price at 4:00 pm UTC on Apr. 20, 2022 before the pledging date

4. Session supply: Allotment session: 40,000,000 ELT; Overpledging limit: N/A

5. Pledging rules:

• Minimum pledge for individuals: 1 ELT;
• Maximum pledge for individuals: 260,000 ELT

6. Allotment coefficient: Based on OKB position held for 3 consecutive days (Apr. 17–19, 2022) before the pledging date. Allotment coefficient can be viewed on the Jumpstart page

Ⅱ. Conditions of Participation

1. Only users from designated countries who complete KYC 2 verification can participate;

2. The user's accumulated trading volume must exceed $5,000 within 30 days before the pledging period.
