Gate.io Delists and Buy Back Nebulas (NAS)

The Nebulas Foundation Council has decided to fully terminate the operation and service of the Nebulas (NAS) project and will buy back the circulating tokens on the market at a market price of 0.005 USDT. The buyback will take place exclusively on Gate.io.

The buyback process and operational steps are outlined as follows:

1. Gate.io will close new new margin borrowing and crypto loan services for Nebulas (NAS) at 03:00 UTC on November 28, 2024.
2. Gate.io will close the deposit service for Nebulas (NAS) and delist the Nebulas (NAS) trading markets, including NAS_USDT, NAS_ETH and NAS_BTC spot trading pairs, quantitative grid trading, Simple Earn, and margin trading, at 03:00 UTC on December 5, 2024.
3. Gate.io will suspend the withdrawal service for Nebulas (NAS) at 08:00 UTC on December 25, 2024.
4. Users with Nebulas (NAS) quant grid trading should adjust your trading strategies beforehand. Otherwise, the trades will be terminated automatically before 03:00 UTC on December 5, 2024.
5. Users with assets in Simple Earn may manually redeem them in advance. Otherwise, the assets will be liquidated before 03:00 UTC on December 5, 2024.
6. Users with outstanding Nebulas (NAS) loans in the margin trading market should repay the loans in advance. Otherwise, the loan will be settled automatically before 03:00 UTC on December 5, 2024.
7. After 16:00 UTC on December 29, 2024, any Nebulas (NAS) tokens still stored on Gate.io will be automatically converted into USDT. Users holding tokens who do not wish to participate in the buyback must withdraw their tokens before the withdrawal service is closed to avoid losses.

Please note that the Nebulas community and Nebulas Foundation Council nodes will cease service at 08:00 UTC on December 30, 2024. This is an official announcement.
