KuCoin Will Support the Token Swap of XDEFI Wallet (XDEFI) to Ctrl Wallet (CTRL)

Dear KuCoin Users,

KuCoin will support the token swap of XDEFI Wallet (XDEFI) to Ctrl Wallet (CTRL), the XDEFL to CTRL token swap will automatically be completed for XDEFI holders on KuCoin.

The arrangements are as follows:

1. The deposit and withdrawal services for XDEFI will be closed at 08:00:00 on Oct 22, 2024 (UTC).

2. The XDEFI/USDT trading bots will automatically stop running at 07:45:00 on Oct 22, 2024 (UTC), including Spot Grid, Infinity Grid, Martingale, DCA, and Smart Rebalance.

3. KuCoin will close the trading service for the XDEFI/USDT trading pair at 08:00:00 on Oct 22, 2024 (UTC). We recommend that you cancel your pending orders of XDEFI as soon as possible.

4. To complete the swap, KuCoin will take snapshots of users’ XDEFI assets at 12:00:00 on Oct 22, 2024 (UTC). After the snapshot, we will convert the old XDEFI tokens to the new CTRL tokens at a ratio of 1:1 (1 old XDEFI = 1 new CTRL).

5. Deposit and withdrawal services as well as the trading service for the XDEFI/USDT trading pair will be opened after the swap is completed. We will notify users in a further announcement.

Please note:

1. Minimum holding for eligibility: 20 XDEFI.

2. The snapshots will include XDEFI balances in Spot accounts (Funding Account Trading Account).

3. XDEFI tokens that were in pending deposit or withdrawal at the time of the snapshots will not be counted towards your CTRL balance.

4. After the deposit, withdrawal and trading services for XDEFI closed, the XDEFI token will no longer be supported on KuCoin, Users who deposit XDEFI afterward, KuCoin will NOT be able to cover users’ losses.
