Notes：

1. New users include those who register during the event period or those who have already registered but have accumulated deposits of less than 100 USDT.
2. Market makers and institutional users are not eligible to participate in this event and cannot receive event rewards.
3. Participating users must complete KYC verification before the event ends to qualify for rewards.
