ETHPoW(ETHW) Core just published the 2nd code update

ETHW Core just published the 2nd code update. Release Notes:

1. EIP-155 is enforced. With this update, all transactions have to be signed with Chain ID. This will effectively protect ETHW users from replay attacks from ETHPoS and other forks, making ETHW the safest chain after The Merge. With this feature in place, ETHW users will not need to worry about replay attacks,

2. The contract freezing feature has been pulled into a separate branch, and all the integration and testing were done. Whether this feature will eventually be pulled into the main branch will be decided at the Core's meeting on Sep 1st.
