IMPACTXPRIME(IXP) Token Contract Upgrade and Migration on Lbank

In line with the IMPACTXP official, LBank will support the upgrade of IMPACTXP token contract. The token symbol remains unchanged, and the full name changes to: IMPACTXPRIME.
