The relevant details of ZB UP are as follows:

1. ZB UP, the upgraded brand of ZB LaunchPad, is positioned to snap global high-quality digital assets at half price, and all the exchanged ZB tokens in UP sale period will be destroyed.

2. Users need to use ZB tokens to participate in UP sale. You can transfer your purchased UP assets to "Advanced Market" for trading after successful subscription.

3. The UP participation limit varies in different VIP tiers, the details as follows.

4. Each user can only subscribe once in each UP sale, and sub-accounts are unable to participate in UP sale.

5. In the order of large to small of users’ subscription amount(those orders that have same subscription amount are given priority to the earlier one), the platform will divide the purchase orders into four different sections, which are Section One, Section Two, Section Three and Lucky Prize. The UP asset received amount will be calculated according to the following formula, and the maximum purchase amount cannot exceed the participation limit of the user’s account VIP level. Please note that if the user does not subscribe in full amount of his/her participation limit, the UP asset received will not exceed the user's actual subscription amount. The formula is 

6. The ratio of UP Amount for each Section is as follows:

(1) Section One: 20% UP Amount will be allocated to the top 10 users with the highest subscription amount. When the total subscription amount is insufficient, the remaining amount of this Section will be added to the Section Two.

(2) Section Two: 25% UP Amount will be allocated to top11 to top100 users, and the remaining amount of this Section will be added to Section Three when the total subscription amount is insufficient.

(3) Section Three: 50% UP Amount will be allocated to the remaining subscription users after top 100.

(4) Lucky Prize: 5% UP Amount is allocated to the Lucky User. The actual received UP asset amount of the Lucky User cannot exceed his/her actual subscription amount. If the Lucky User receives full UP participation amount, the remaining UP amount will continue to be allocated to the next lucky user until the UP amount are all distributed.
