Service Termination Notice

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the customers who have used the former ProBit Exchange (www.probit.kr) (hereinafter "former ProBit") operated by Oceans Co., Ltd. for a long time. Oceans Co., Ltd. has been doing its best to create a better virtual asset trading environment, but has inevitably ended its virtual asset exchange service on March 16, 2024. Oceans Co., Ltd. would like to inform you that despite the termination of service, we will do our best to ensure that former ProBit customers do not have any inconvenience in receiving the won and virtual assets deposited in old ProBit.

Information on return of remaining won and virtual assets

If a former ProBit customer (hereinafter referred to as "customer" for convenience) applies for the return of the remaining won and virtual assets, confirmation of the applicant’s identity and whether the applicant is a legitimate claimant for return is completed within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the application. We will do our best to make it happen. If the identity of the applicant and the applicant are confirmed to be the legitimate claimant for return, guidance on the procedure for returning the remaining won and virtual assets will be completed within 30 business days from the date of confirmation. If the identity of the applicant or the applicant is not confirmed to be the legitimate holder of the refund claim, we will provide guidance on legal procedures for returning the remaining Korean won and virtual assets, such as a refund claim lawsuit, to be completed within 14 business days from the date of confirmation.

• Return application fee: 50,000 won (per membership registration email)
• Virtual asset withdrawal fee: 50,000 won (for each type of virtual asset, network fee may be charged separately depending on the market price)
• Won withdrawal fee: 50,000 won

[Return Procedure]

• Deposit the return application fee of 50,000 won to the account below. The name of the remitter must match the name of the old ProBit account holder. If someone else remits the fee, the refund application will be rejected. (The remaining won and virtual asset withdrawal fee will be notified separately after receiving the return application, so please deposit only the return application fee of 50,000 won)

• After depositing the above fee, please submit the following information to support@oceansinc.kr. If the information you submitted is inaccurate, your return request will be rejected.
• Old ProBit's membership registration email
• Mobile phone number in your name
• A copy of the bankbook of the account from which the fee was remitted
• A photo of yourself holding your ID card (masking the back of your ID card)
• Capture image of fee deposit details
• If the return application fee and the submitted information are confirmed, the application for the return of the remaining won and virtual assets will be accepted, and confirmation of the applicant's identity and whether the applicant is a legitimate claimant for return will be completed within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the application.
• If the identity of the applicant and the applicant are confirmed to be the legitimate claimant for refund, we will provide guidance on the procedure for returning the remaining won and virtual assets (details of assets held, entering withdrawal account and address, payment of withdrawal fee, etc.) within 30 business days from the date of confirmation. We will send it to you via Beat membership registration email.
