Nano(XNO(NANO)) Codebase in Rust

Nano fam, today is an epic day for RsNano! It's finally done - the RsNano code base is 100% Rust. It took 3 years 6 months and 8 days to reach this goal. Thanks for all of the support and special thanks to Rui who put a lot of effort into this too!
