• Total tokens for the raise: 500,000 REAL (0.5% of total REAL supply), unlocked
• Token fixed price: 1 USDC for 1 REAL
• Total raise: 500,000 USDC
• Model: Lottery for allocation
• Allocation for winning ticket: 50 USDC (50 REAL)
• Total number of winning tickets: 10,000
• Pool opens: December 9, 12:00 UTC
• Pool closes: December 10, 00:00 UTC
• Open period of the pools: 12 hours

Eligibility and pool details:

There will be one RAY pool available for the REAL raise.

• Allocation will be determined by a lottery system.
• Allocation for one winning lottery ticket: 50 USDC
• There will be three snapshot deadlines to determine ticket allotment.

7-day deadline:

• Eligibility: At least 100 RAY staked in RAY single-sided staking prior to the 7-day staking deadline below and successful USDC deposit once the pool opens. RAY must remain staked until the pool opens.
• Lottery tickets: 1 ticket for every 100 RAY staked — up to a maximum of 5 tickets. Staking more than 500 RAY will still receive 5 tickets maximum.
• 7-day staking deadline: December 2, 12:00 UTC

30-day deadline:

• To reward longer-term Raydium holders, users that are eligible for the 30-day deadline will receive additional tickets on top of any received for the 7-day deadline.
• Eligibility: At least 50 RAY staked 30 days prior to the 30-day staking deadline below and successful USDC deposit once the pool opens. RAY must remain staked until the pool opens.
• Lottery tickets: 1 ticket for every 50 RAY staked — up to a maximum of 5 tickets, and 1 additional ticket for every 1,000 RAY staked.
• Example: Alice has had 2,500 RAY staked before the 30-day deadline. She will receive 12 tickets — 5 for the 7-day deadline 100 RAY max allotment, 5 for the 30-day deadline 50 RAY max allotment, and 2 additional for each 1,000 RAY staked.
• 30-day staking deadline: November 9, 12:00 UTC (snapshot already taken)

90-day deadline:

• To reward longer-term Raydium holders, users that are eligible for the 90-day deadline will receive additional tickets on top of any received for the 30-day and 7-day deadline.
• Eligibility: At least 50 RAY staked 90 days prior to the 90-day staking deadline below and successful USDC deposit once the pool opens. RAY must remain staked until the pool opens.
• Lottery tickets: 1 ticket for every 50 RAY staked — up to a maximum of 5 tickets, and 1 additional ticket for every 1,000 RAY staked.
• Example: Carol has had 3,000 RAY staked before the 90-day deadline. She will receive 21 tickets — 5 for the 7-day deadline 100 RAY max allotment, 5 for the 30-day deadline 50 RAY max allotment and 3 additional for each 1,000 RAY staked, and 5 for the 90-day deadline 50 RAY max allotment and 3 additional for each 1,000 RAY staked.
• 90-day staking deadline: September 10, 12:00 UTC (snapshot already taken).

Participation in IEO on ByBit:

• You must complete the KYC L1 requirement or business verification to be eligible for the event. Users from restricted countries are not allowed to join the event. You can click here to complete the KYC verification now.
• The daily average amount of BIT in your Spot Account, ByFi Account and Derivatives Account from 2021-12-05 00:00 - 2021-12-09 23:59（UTC） must be equal to or greater than 50, and will be rounded up to the nearest integer. Your BIT balance snapshot of the current day will be updated at 3:00AM UTC on the next day.
• Subaccounts are not eligible for the event. The amount of BIT under the Subaccounts will be counted towards the Main Account.
• The BIT balance in your Spot Account, ByFi Account and Derivatives Account will be counted during the snapshot period. Please note that only your BIT balance and BIT staked in the Launchpool will be automatically counted in the snapshot of your ByFi Account. BIT staked in other products on the ByFi Center (e.g. Dual Asset Mining) will not be included. During the subscription period, if you’ve staked BIT in the Launchpool, unstake first and manually transfer it to the Spot Account. If you hold BIT under the ByFi Account or Derivatives Account, please manually transfer BIT to the Spot Account.
• Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
• Bybit reserves the right to modify the terms of this event without notifying users in advance.
