Vimverse Presale Details

• Pre-sale Date: Dec 5th 12:00 UTC - Dec 7th 12:00 UTC
• Eligibility: Non-US/China Individuals
• 50,000 VIM tokens available @ $5 each
• Participants can purchase their prorated share in whole numbers, ranging from 10 -1000 VIM tokens
• VIM tokens purchased during the pre-sale are subject to a 12-month vesting period, following the releasing schedule below:
  - 10% will be unlocked upon the Token Generation Event (TGE), which will take place on December 13th at 13:40 UTC.
  - The remaining tokens will be released linearly over the 12-month period after the TGE.

If fully subscribed, the sale will raise $250k through the sale of 50,000 VIM. Out of this, $74,000 will be added to the treasury to collateralize the initial supply. Accordingly, 64,000 VIM will be minted, backed by $64,000. The remaining $10,000 will be reserved to mint additional VIM as initial staking rewards.

The liquidity pool will launch with 64,000 USDT and 4,000 VIM, at an initial price of $16 and liquidity of $128,000. The subsequent 112,000 USDT and 10,000 VIM will be designated for strategic liquidity management utilizing Uniswap V3's concentrated liquidity functionality.
