Finschia and Klaytn token merge to Kaia

Following the approval of FGP-23 proposal, Finschia and Klaytn have decided to merge the mainnets to establish Asia's leading blockchain. With this integration, Finschia tokens and governance will transition to Kaia upon the launch of the Kaia mainnet.

To ensure a seamless transition, FNSA inflation will cease on August 26, 2024. conversion rate for FNSA to KAIA will be approximately 148:1(148.079656:1 = KAIA:FNSA)

Additionally, Klaytn (KLAY) will be rebranded to KAIA (KLAY), Kaia mainnet will be launching on 29 August 2024.

Post-mainnet launch: KLAY to KAIA ticker update

Due to varying lead times required by the different exchanges, KAIA will temporarily continue to use KLAY as its ticker at launch. Post-launch, each exchange will update the ticker from KLAY to KAIA on their own timeline.
