Cradles(CRDS) Bybit IEO:

Gain early access to tokens: You may use MNT for the subscription, or USDT for the lottery!

1. Subscribe to CRDS allocation with at least 50 MNT (capped at 4,000 CRDS per user) when your average holdings reaches the min. requirement.
2. Commit 100 USDT to draw a lottery ticket and win CRDS when your average holdings meet the requirement! You'll receive 94 CRDS if you win the lottery for each winning ticket!

Snapshot Period:

1. To qualify for the lottery tickets, your daily average holdings of the committed token (MNT or USDT) during the snapshot period must meet or exceed the minimum threshold amount.
2. The balance of MNT or USDT across your Funding Account, Spot Account, and Derivatives Account (or Unified Trading Account and Inverse Derivatives Account) will be considered during the Snapshot Period. - Your balances of MNT or USDT, as well as MNT or USDT staked in the Launchpool and Flexible Savings, will be automatically included in the snapshot of your Funding Account. Assets staked in other products, such as Dual Asset, will not be counted. - MNT used as collateral for Crypto Loans and all MNT or USDT lent out on Bybit Lending will also be included in the snapshot. - For the Derivatives Account (or Unified Trading Account), the wallet balance will be counted, which may be influenced by realized Profit and Loss (PnL) during the snapshot period. - All snapshot values for asset holding requirements conducted to determine whether you qualify for two (2) or three (3) tickets will be recorded as USDT, with non-USDT assets being counted based on the closing price of the day in USDT. This USDT value of the asset holdings will be used to determine eligibility for any additional lottery tickets.
3. During the snapshot period, your combined accumulated trading volume from Spot Trading, Spot Copy Trading, Grid Bot, DCA Bot, Spot Margin Trading, and Leveraged Tokens will be recorded through daily snapshots. This includes all buy and sell transactions. For USDT-denominated pairs, the trading volume is calculated as the sum of all order values for each executed USDT order. For non-USDT pairs, the trading volume will be converted into USDT using the closing price of the day. Please note that trading volume from Derivatives Trading will not be considered.
4. Your daily average holdings and trading volume snapshots for the current day will be updated at 3AM UTC on the following day. Due to the substantial volume of calculations involved, there might be a delay in updating your daily average balance.

Subscription Period:

1. You must complete Identity Verification Lv.1 or Business Verification to be eligible for the event. Users from restricted countries/regions are not allowed to participate.
2. Subaccounts are not eligible for the event. The amount held or traded under Subaccounts will be counted towards the Main Account.
3. You can choose between the two (2) events and click on the 'Commit Now' button to participate in one of your choosing during the subscription period.
4. The tokens you've committed will be locked and cannot be accessed for transfers, withdrawals, or trading until after the final distribution of the CRDS.
5. During the Subscription Period, if you’ve staked MNT or USDT in the Launchpool and Flexible Savings, please withdraw first by heading to 'Earn Order' under 'Orders' and manually transfer it to your Funding Account. If you hold MNT or USDT under the Spot Account or Derivatives Account (or Unified Trading Account and Inverse Derivatives Account), please manually transfer it to your Funding Account.
6. You can subscribe to an allocation or a lottery ticket with your Funding Account's available balance.

Distribution Period

1. For users participating in the token subscription event: Your final allocation of CRDS = (the amount of token you've committed / total amount of token committed by all participants) * total amount of CRDS allocated to Launchpad. Please note that the max. amount of CRDS you can receive is capped at 4000, and the amount that exceeds the limit will be allocated to participants who haven't reached this hard cap yet. Based on the final CRDS allocation result, the corresponding amount of committed token will be deducted from your committed amount, and the remaining amount of committed token will be credited back to your Funding Account, while the CRDS allocated to you will be credited to your Spot Account (or Unified Trading Account with UTA upgrades).
2. For users participating in the lottery draw: Winners will each receive 94 CRDS for each winning ticket, and the CRDS allocated will be credited to your Spot Account (or Unified Trading Account with UTA upgrades). The remaining amount of the committed token, if any, will be credited back to their Funding Account. Non-winning participants will get the full amount of the committed token back

Launch Period

1. The new token is expected to get listed on Bybit's Spot trading platform at 2023-11-22 12:00 UTC, if liquidity conditions are met.
